Live Better Live Stronger

Are you bored of your current training regime, returning from injury or simply starting out? Together, we will create some achievable goals keeping them realistic, fun, achievable and within the time you have available to train. After completing a health assessment and specific fitness tests you will have an informal consultation to tailor this programme to you.

  • 1 to 1 progress call each week - scheduled to suit your timetable

  • 4-week progress review

  • 8-week progress review

  • 12-week review of goals 

Data collected from each session will be analysed to track progress and to allow for any re-adjustments.
