Cancellation Policy
Booking terms and conditions: I appreciate that sometimes life gives you lemons, and I will be as understanding as possible if your circumstances change and you need to reschedule. However, it's tricky to fill appointments at the last minute. To discourage this and to make communication between us paramount, I reserve the right to charge 100% of the full fee if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your session time. Sessions can be rescheduled before the 24 hour window free of charge. All outdoor sessions take place come rain or shine unless the Park Authorities close the Park. In the rare event that a session has to be rescheduled, you will be notified by email or phone, giving as much notice as possible. Fees need to be paid in advance of all sessions and are non-refundable. All vouchers have a 6-month expiry from the date of purchase unless previous arrangements have been made before the expiry date.
