Experiencing injuries is tough both physically and mentally. This rehabilitation plan looks at your objectives, these are specific to you. Functional capacity should be the same, if not better, than before the injury. Key elements to improve - range of motion, muscle strength, coordination, balance and technical movements specific to your sport. The ultimate goal of the rehabilitation process is to limit the extent of the injury, reduce or reverse the impairment and functional loss, and prevent, correct or eliminate altogether the disability.
