Following many successful years running The Little Green Gym in East Sheen, I now offer a fully personalised mobile personal training service designed around you. Every session is tailored to your goals, your fitness level and your lifestyle, whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, increase energy, manage your weight or simply feel healthier and more confident.

 

I have a particular passion for supporting women through every stage of life, including pre- and post-natal fitness. Using safe, evidence-based exercise, I help women build strength, confidence and resilience during pregnancy, recovery and beyond, with programmes designed around their individual needs.

 

Training in the comfort of your own home creates a relaxed, private environment where you can focus on yourself without the distractions or intimidation of a busy gym. You'll receive expert coaching, encouragement and accountability every step of the way, with sessions that are flexible, effective and, most importantly, enjoyable.
